Vet was nice but had no idea what she was doing. I took my 2 year dog in to be looked at because he was lethargic, and couldn't use the stairs or climb on the sofa. He also was having tremors of pain. The VET said she didn't know what was wrong with him and charged us $75 (which she said was a discount) for doing NOTHING! She didn't suggest x-rays or blood work! What a waste of time and money. Now we have to travel to Victoria to get him looked at by an experienced Veterinarian. I guess all the new VETs come to Duncan to practice and get experience. Too much competition in the city, I guess!

Pricey, went beyond the laws in their demands for how animals are cared for. Vets were nice and very compitant.

Brought in an injured duck I found that couldn’t fly and they were super nice and appreciative about it
