  Ordered pizza from here tonight, horrible. Barely any cheese carelessly put together, and cheese wasn't even fully melted. Guessing it was still frozen. Never ordering here again.

  I have ordered pizza from this place and they delivered to me before. Well this time the "Manager" said they dont deliver to my address. She made me feel like I wasnt telling the truth that they delivered to me before. Wont order from here again. Horrible customer service from the Manager.

  It is hard to find good pizza in Duncan BC. Pizza Hut is no exception! Every time we order large pizzas from them, the ingredients are dry...like they prep them and then leave them sitting out night after night until they finally get to use them on a pizza. Also if you order large pizza, they will not be cooked through. The crust is raw under the pizza sauce. Very doughy! The trick is to order medium sized pizzas. The crust will be cooked through. But overall, you end up spending around 430 to $45 for bad pizza. We suggest going to the grocery store and buying those pizza kits you can get at the deli. Or even frozen pizza is better and you save lots of cash. Just grate some extra cheese on top before popping them in the oven.

  Had a horrible experience. The driver was telling me what to order and all i wanted was a medium pizza. I had way too much food and cost me more than i was willing to spend. Plus their specils are doughy. Decent chicken wings tho. In the morning what was left of the pizza was unedibe. I mean like it was passkng at hot food but the order barely had any toppings. Im not even sure if they use tomato sauce or is just tomato bread with some ground beef and tomato. The crust is ugly there. I will say the store is clean and they have good customer service.

  Just ordered a pizzone to to my job site this is what i get for 20$ 90% dough. I usually ❤ pizza hut pizzones because they are foll of stuffing. I called and asked if they had forgotten to fill it and the woman told me if i wasnt happy not to eat it and bring it back to them for a refund. .. The whole purpose of ordering pizza was i had no lunch... I told i wouldnt be ordering from tgem again and she hung up on me. I was hungry and didnt have time to get anything else so i ate it but I will not be ordering here again.
