  I called, Scott answered and we set up a time for later in the evening of the next day. I was in a real time pinch with a new tenant moving in and weird odours from the former tenants carpet shampoo attempt. Scott called later that day as he had time to do an estimate. When he saw the job said he might be able to do it then (it was his wife's birthday and he called her and she said to go for it). Scott was Professional, answered my questions re Fabri-Klean, showed a before/after area and all with no gross fumes, soggy carpet or smelly chemicals. Class act, great attitude, fair price and a sense of humour too!

  As always, FabriKlean answered my call for help and made time at the end of their day to rescue our carpet. Our dog had been ill in the night and Scott quickly erased all traces!!! We have been customers for quite a few years now and would not think of using another company, he always makes our carpets look almost new again. Swift, efficient and amazing customer service. Highly recommend.
