  These guys are awesome! They are well organized, very good at what they do and never try to convince me of some repair I don't need. They are honest and good-natured and explain things really clearly.

  Prompt and professional service. They went above and beyond to have my car complete in one day so as not to put me without a vehicle overnight. Great communication and updates through the day. I would return again for future needs.

  I had a great experience here! I took my car in for a lube/oil and check first. It was completed in less than an hour while I waited in the super comfy waiting room and had a coffee. The few things that needed attention were explained to me thoroughly at the front desk. I booked an appointment for the following week and they even dropped me off and picked me up from work the day I took it in! I will definitely be making this my full time mechanic shop.

  I've been going here since 1997 when the GM garage couldn't fix my alignment problem and the service manager said, 'well I guess we better send it over to Dickson and Fraser and let them fix it' Well, fix it they did and I've been going there ever since. I have never had occasion to regret that decision. The best service in the valley and always a fair price. Never do work that doesn't need to be done and if they find something that needs attention, they phone and let you know and you make the decision. Can't ask for better than that. By the way, there has been no change in the top notch quality of service with the new owners, just a change in the front office---it's much better looking now with the new desk arrangement etc.
