    Every time I come into this store they're always willing to help me with whatever I might need. Wether that's a new zipper pull for a wallet, advice on maintenance for my husbands boots or a good spray for my boots when it rains.

    Bought a $165 pair of birkenstocks, sales lady talked me into a size smaller than I wanted. Wore them for a minute outside at home and realized they were too small. Asked for an exchange and they refused. Terrible customer service, dont shop here.

    It can be hard to find a cobbler to fix shoes. We need more like this place in the world. They have great belts too, and can fix things other than shoes, such as purses etc.

    Went in looking for new boots, guy offered to redye and shine the ones I was wearing and made them look brand new on the spot. Very happy
