  I called back 20 min later and she told me she would not send me my original invoice without charging me an extra fee and that if i want one I have to email her. When I said that I was speaking with her on the phone, she said she didn't know my email address so I would have to email her. I don't understand her mode of thinking - clearly she could write it down. Extremely unprofessional and no help whatsoever. I was the client and they worked for me. I would never go back.

  Horrible customer service by an assistant named Stacy. I asked her for some records for my own tax purposes and she told me how she wouldn't be able to get me them because they were in storage. Then I asked for a copy of the invoice to be emailed and she challenged me on why I would need that (maybe for my own paperwork)? Then, to top it off, Stacy asked me if I was chewing (I had a bad cell connection) and she sharply insisted I not use the phonetic alphabet to spell my name (makes sense if you're over the phone so you don't mess up letters like "t" and "e" for example, which she did twice). Finally she asked if I was chewing again, and snapped sharply to me that I could call her back when I don't have a mouth full of food (the poor cell connection was the issue) and just hung up and would not again answer her phone.
