  Orders couch and love seat sales guys Robin was great! After two weeks I called for my furniture, spoke with a gentleman , told me my stuff was on back order to be delivered. I mentioned I work 48hrs wed and Thurs and won't be home the day he said he could deliver, and his reply was what do you want me to do about it! Told me to call him back when Im in a better mood I asked I speak with manger and was informed he was the manager. He was very rude and disrespectful towards me. Yelled and asked when I get work off Tuesday I said I do not work Tuesday his rely was I know that he said he will deliver personally after work. To which I'm informed now hes not even there. I have never been so disrespected my from a company like that before!!! I will never ever shop here again!!!! Had to rate a star to post my post would have put no stars

  My husband and I bought a couch and chair set from Merritt in late December 2016. The set was made in Canada and came with a one year warranty. Within two months our couch started piling horribly and a button from the tufting came loose and lost in the couch. We went in to Merritt in March and got the run around. Finally, today, May 11, we have been told not to call the manufacturer and that there is nothing Merritt can do. We have no children and treat all our furniture with care. In fact, our couch in our family room is from Urban Barn and was bought 8 years ago -- that one still looks brand new.

  A lot of delay for the delivery (more than 2 weeks and counting). Lots of lies in the phone when trying to explain the delay. Say they will call back and never do... Avoid this place at all cost !! Never see a place so crooked and untrustworthy.
