  Best service I’ve ever received from a “box store” I was helped by Ben, the store manager. He went above and beyond to make sure I made the right purchase and he seemed genuinely interested that I left happy. Was also helped by Thea, she was also friendly and helpful. That’s the way to run a store, great job!!

  Not much laptop selection to choose from they are limited but the staff is available to help.

  The staff is great, very helpful. The store itself if way to crowded with merchandise, no way can a mobile scooter get around in here with ease. They need to open the aisles more, I have been stuck and frustrated more than once in this store.

  I guess next time I'll do my research before trusting a best buy employee. Spent 60$ on the ferry to come over and confirm my question with one of the employees before buying an item, got home and the item wasn't compatible. Sweeeeet.
