  Hate is a strong word all I can say is when you just want some Auto Body done why do you have to pay to the fancy storefront when really all you want is to have a fender fixed or something Auto Body seems to me you're paying a a lot more than just a shop or a backyard guy with a fancy storefront maybe not have it so fancy and give the consumer a better deal on auto body so I won't say I hate it not a good word but cost could stay down a bit if you didn't have such a fancy storefront when you go talk to the people who then talk to the Adjusters as you wait in the fancy lobby area

  I don't know if they if they knew if was my birthday or not, but I truly felt like I was gifted. As expected the customer service from the staff was fantastic, but I expect that as it should be something every company strives for and has a good grasp on. What really blew me away was going above and beyond for their customer. They did a fantastic job with the fix, and went beyond what I originally said to do. The quality of the work, attention to detail, the initiative to do what was needed from the staff who worked on the truck was amazing, I couldn't thank him enough. Also, they dared to clean the inside after my two boys have had their way with it for awhile. I cringe with thoughts of what the staff may have found. They also organized my rental vehicle. So I didn't have to do any of that myself. Overall my experience was the best I have ever had with any body or mechanical car shop. Thanks again team!!!
