  This is the second time we have used Carstar Isherwood in Duncan. As usual, top notch workmanship. The front desk customer service is excellent but a little robotic. Vehicle was repaired and waiting for us right on schedule. What more could you ask for?

  I recently had my Mercedes in for a paint job and the job the guys did was fantastic, I especially would like to thank Ty for all the little extras he did. The job came in under the predicted budget. Everyone was great that I dealt with.

  I have had 2 vehicles repaired by the Isherwood staff over the last 2 years. They staff handled my accident right from the start. At the accident site Ryan arranged for a tow company, rental car, dealt with my insurance company and repaired my vehicle so it looked brand new. The complimentary car wash and interior cleaning is great. I recommend Isherwood and their staff to everyone.

  Round 3! Hit a deer with my 5 month old Toyota rav 4. Several thousand dollars worth of damage to my new car. First person I called was Ryan Isherwood who talked me through the steps to ensure my car was safe to drive to the shop. Replacement vehicle was waiting for me and his expert staff started the job immediately. Steve kept me posted all along the way of the repair job. They made sure only top quality Toyota parts were used and my car looked like new. Love the exterior and interior detailing afterwards. Steve even took the rental car back for me. Best service on the Island!!
