  Sorry guys but you need to change your approach to business to be successful. If you cheat me I'll go on the internet and write an honest review so that others can see. If you do good honest work then I could have been a repeat customer for life. Instead I am a repeat customer to OK Tire.

  I brought my Dodge Caravan in to check out the muffler in November 2016 because it made a terrible sputtering sound. Then they tried to rip me off. Budget Brake and Mufflers told me that my engine was dead on my Dodge Caravan and that I have two options: (1) spend $2,500 for a new engine and then they can install it for another $1,000 or (2) Trade it in for $900 and buy a used vehicle for $3,500 from their car dealer friend next door. They have no heart at all. I was a broke young guy who was on a budget and they couldn't care less.

  They changed my brake pads and it cost me just under $200. The first place i went to told me i need all new everything, about $1200 worth of work and i had only a few days to do it befor they gave out compleatly. I drove for another 5 months and then stopped at this place. The guy there said all i needed was new pads and why waste money on it when my ride was fine except for some worn during wn pads. I will never trust OK Tire again and am a forever customer of Budget brake & muffler in Duncan. I offered a tip and he just asked me to write a review. Love it!

  Phenomenal experience...they fixed my engine light and an exhaust leak I was not even aware I had...kody explained everything in full detail in a way I could understand. Extremely happy with the service and professionalism displayed

  It turns out that my engine was in good condition after getting a second opinion from OK Tire just 5 minutes north of their shop. OK Tire did a compression test on each of the engine cylinders and found out what the problem was, which ended up being a $120 repair cost.

  Budget Brake and Mufflers in Duncan are run by sleazy scumbags because they cheat people. In particular, the guy who works at the front desk. I forgot his name but he has a beard and looks slightly Indian and he drives an antique green car. He is a total SCUMBAG! He even looks like one. Take one look at his face and you see scumbag written all over him and top that off with his recommendations for you vehicle and then you realize the type of people you are dealing with. The owner was just as bad. When I went back to them to tell them that my vehicle got fixed and their diagnosis was totally wrong they were not sorry for their trickery and cheating that they tried to pull.

  I took my car here recently I was very impressed with the customer service I received from the worker named Kody. He was very willing to answer all my questions and my car hasn't felt better! I will definitely be back.
