  We had the best car shopping experience of our long lives at Toyota, Duncan. Upon arrival we were greeted with interested, smiling faces. We had the good fortune to come to Shannon Smallwood's desk first. As far as we were concerned, this was our first "just go and see" visit. Shannon was very knowledgeable about the Hybrid Rav4. She answered our questions and then we got in for a nice long test drive. When we returned there was no pressure, just answering more questions and then discussions about a trade in. It was very comfortable and we were happy to purchase a vehicle there. Brett was also very comfortable and no pressure when deciding on the warranties, just straight forward facts. The purchase of a vehicle is a big expense, but shopping at Toyota Duncan was a very good and comfortable experience.

  Leased a Tacoma from this dealership and couldn't be happier. Kenny, Brett and Mike we're a pleasure to deal with. The whole process went extremely smooth. I live in Victoria but travel to Duncan for all my scheduled services. Lin in service is very helpful and explains the service work and inspection results in detail. The free car wash is always appreciated as well. A great group of people at this store.

  Upon delivery to the dealership a ride home was quickly arranged while service was done, with an offer to pick me up upon completion. Even the truck was washed and sparkling upon my return. Thanks to everyone at Duncan Toyota for making this a painless experience.

  I drove out of my way from Victoria to go to this dealership (and I would gladly do it again!) because of the selection, fair prices and most of all great customer service! Shannon and Brett made the process of trading in my car easy, efficient and even enjoyable.
