  Very smart and very caring they give you there best. Cathy Shoemaker is our service advisor and she went above and beyond. She was very knowledgeable caring and assured me her motive was to give us the best possible experience and work from trusted smart mechanics. We came in for our first service we have been unsure of a good reputable Ford dealership who thrives to be the best. Well guess what here they are. My whole wonderful experience made me so happy, happy to know they did the job and more to make sure our truck is in its best condition. Comfortable environment, close by shopping and shuttle service. Thank you.

  Once again, Dave Faithful was excellent in all areas. This is my 3rd vehicle I have purchased from him in the last 2 years. Nothing short of perfect service. Thanks again Dave for your dedication and professionalism towards this business. My daughter loves the new car.

  I have to say my experience dealing with Island Ford was excellent!!!! Our Salesman Jesse helped me pull off a huge surprise. I wanted to surprise my Husband with a Truck. (Wife of the Year) Jesse was so helpful and was game to help me pull it off. A lot of our communication was through email (so the Hubby wouldn't find out) He was willing to go above and beyond to help me pull it off. I highly recommend Island Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle. The best experience ever buying a vehicle. Thank you so much Jesse and Island Ford

  I recently purchased a 2014 Edge and cannot say enough good things about Sandra Jurcic and my whole experience at Island Ford. I will definitely be back to see Sandra for vehicles in the future. Also want to mention Deanna in the service department for her excellent customer service when I came in for my new tires and inspection. Thanks to you both for making us feel like family and taking such good care of me during the whole experience!

  I really enjoyed working with Rob Dermott. I felt so comfortable, he was honest and down to earth. I would have no hesitation to recommend him to all my friends, I have already. I am so pleased with my 'new' 2014 F 150. My husband will be looking to upgrade his Ford Ranger ( which we bought from you ) and we will ask for Rob to help us.
