  Had to go to the dealership after work as I bent a shield underneath my CR-V this morning driving through a "puddle"; great customer service as soon as I walked in they took care of me. Fixed my car within 15 minutes! I was so happy. Thank you so much ☺

  We bought (leased) our very first brand new vehicle from Discovery last week. They really did treat us like gold. Joe was so patient and straight forward with us. As well as kind and honest. It was such a pleasure working with him. Mark in the finance department was incredible as well. He took the time to alleviate any and all of our concerns and ignorance around leasing. We are beyond happy with our experience and purchase through Discovery, thank you so very much!!

  I would highly recommend Discovery Honda to anyone looking to have service done on their vehicle or wanting to purchase another vehicle. I have dealt with Discovery Honda for 20 years and these guys are the best.

  This is long overdue but not forgotten….I want to send out a huge thank you to Greg Van Es and the staff at Discovery Honda in Duncan. I was having an issue with the paint on my Honda Civic and Honda Canada said they could not do anything to help. Greg stepped up and took care of everything at no cost to me. The paint issue was resolved right away and my car looks fantastic!

  I can't state enough how impressed I am with Patrick in the parts department. When the parts I'd ordered were late he was ahead of the game to call me so I was able to avoid driving from Parksville to Duncan (which is worth the drive to visit Discovery Honda). We re-booked the appointment and he was there to make sure everything went smoothly, even so far as to order back up parts to ensure I was taken care of. I'm disappointed that there's only five stars on Google reviews because Patrick deserves ten.
