  Will and Co. are easily the friendliest business in the entire valley. I like going in there even when I'm not in the market for something. They make you leave feeling like a million bucks, that great old school customer service.

  Bought my fourth bike from Will today. He and his staff are always friendly and very helpful. He had forgotten to show me something on my new bike and so he just dropped by to show me. He is very proud of what he does and goes beyond expectations. Shop Cowichan Valley where you can, to support local business. Experienced cycling is the main bike maintenance group on the Yearly Grape Escape MS Ride. They also support many charities in the valley. Thanks Will....! Maybe my next bike will be electric...?

  Went in for my first time today, going off of good things heard around town. I'm more than impressed with the work that was put in on my Giant AC, BB and crank swap. Clean, fast work and affordable prices! Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, I would recommend this shop to anyone who owns a bike, and I will definitely be back! Thanks again Will and staff!

  We bought two bikes from Experience Cycling and found them to be exceptional in both sales and service. We bought the first one because they had the bike we wanted at a great price, but what brought us back was the owner, Will, who provided not only outstanding service, but is also a wonderful, community minded individual. We live a fair distance from the shop, so we were surprised and delighted when Will jumped in his truck and made the long trek to our home and spend nearly over two hours adjusting and tuning the bike when we had an issue. Can’t beat service like that. Highly recommended!
