  HORRIBLE!!! Went to this salon for an updo and makeup application for my daughters wedding! I had shown a picture of the updo, not even close! Was hideous! Same girl did the makeup! Hideous also! I returned to Affinity guest house, washed off my makeup and did my own, the hair and makeup artists hired by my daughter were horrified, after removing the approximately 50 bobby pins.. probably more, they fixed my hair, after getting through the can of hairspray the salon applied. This salon sucks.

  Paid extra for an appointment with the head stylist and was disappointed. She rushed, was rude and defensive (I didn't say anything bad to her. Was just trying to make general conversion and she took it the wrong way) and didn't even do what I wanted. She tried to make it out to somehow be my fault but I've had that cut before. My guess is that she had someone booked right after me and just didn't have enough time. At least be honest.

  Very disappointed. Had my second colour and cut with the owner, who to her defense has not been well lately. You know how it is - you get home and you see the cut/colour in your own lighting, and I see that one side is about an inch longer than the other. So I call, and very lightly explain the problem and ask to come in to have it evened out. A few days later I go in, about 10 minutes early, and after 25 minutes Rene looks over at me and says she'll be another half hour. Can I come back? It was her snotty tone - the "You are being a Pain in my $%%" tone that made me almost lose it. I had to get someone to look after my kids to come back for HER mistakes. I felt SOOOOOO uncomfortable - like i had done something wrong. If you're not well - take more time off - don't take it out on your customers. Never going back.

  They're always great to go to. They're kid friendly and my kids are almost always happy to go in. Ariel has always done a great job with my son. He's autistic and she's always worked with his needs. I can't say enough about the kind and wonderful ladies that work there. Renee is my go to for my hair cuts and I can't imagine going anywhere else. She always tries to accommodate me and my terrible schedule. Great place and where else can you go in town to get a haircut, a beer and assless chaps. My whole family goes there and we will continue to do so! I highly recommend these wonderful ladies!
