  This branch in particular and TD in general helped us realize the benefits of credit unions. Thanks guys for making it clear we needed a change! We couldn't be happier with Island Savings.

  The branch closes the machines inside the location so that if you need to do any banking, you're forced to use their drive-through machine that rarely even works. Being that we have a small local business, our banking, like most everyone else can be time sensitive. Considering the significant fees they do away with, I'm not quite sure what they're putting it towards, as it's definitely not maintenance or customer support.

  We recently had a very significant amount of money taken from all our accounts AT our own branch, I might add. We were immediately treated like criminals and basically told we were out of luck and the money was gone. We also had money stolen from accounts at another bank we do seperate business with and had our money kindly returned in under 24 hours, no questions asked. We fought for our money and got it back, but the effort involved was absurd.

  My 22 yr old daughter is dyslexic and has anxiety, so when she called to speak to a manger about a hold on her payroll chq didn't give Maria the customer service manager permission to laugh at her. I called the branch to wait two days for Jenny the branch manager to yell at me. So understanding the rude people like their heads up their ass I'm proud of my daughter moving her funds to another bank with outstanding customer service skills and conduct. TD Duncan branch gets a 0 for customer service and total removal for the yelling. Now whose laughing. Sad in this day and age to know there are places like this.

  I have been a business customer for 8 years sending my staff in with petty cash cheques to cash without an issue until today...they refused. I tried to call the branch 3 times with no answer. They charge us $125 a month for account fees and recently I compared it to Coastal Community Savings at $25 a month, I think its time for a change.

  We've been using TD for both our personal and business banking for 10 years; the tellers that recognize us are great and helpful, so that's the only reason I rated them a 2. I'll keep this brief as there are so many problems with this branch/banking institution to list.
