    Went into the Branch myself, talk to someone and they were very helpful and made a complaint file for us.

    Edit: I was accused as a scammer by a phone representative, trying to book an appointment to open up a business account. told me I sound fraudulent. I gave her the name of our account manager and she says she can't find her name and accuses me again. After a good minute or two, she ends up finding our account manager and says, "I have no idea what you are asking for, but hopefully someone here can help you out."

    Made a deposit today in my savings account & got a receipt for my account balance. Less than 2 hours later when I go to use my card it says declined and I noticed all the money except $2.00 in my account is missing. Nobody offered any assistance or any help looking into it for me , transaction history or anything. This is really disappointing...no banking should ever have this bad of customer service.

    upset. i was victim of a scam, and the bank will not accept resposiblity of cashing a cheque i believed was legit. they released the funds right away, making be believe this was a legal and real cheque, now i find out it was fraud, and I am responsible to pay this all back. a single mother on disability and live off child tax, now the bank will take eveything i live on, give me nothing. hows that for customer appreciation

    Since we met David he has exceeded our expectations.. we really feel listened to when expressing any concerns and he always has a clear plan of action with a superb result each and every time. Timely, efficient and well worth the drive! I highly recommend David to anyone shopping for a mortgage. Congrats to the chiefs that staff this branch-- very very impressed.
